Why we exist

What happens to a country that has the data, and not the foundation?

A large part of this economy is data-rich and foundation-poor. Lemi exists to close that gap, on the institution's terms.

Mission

Own the foundation. Keep the judgment.

We build the AI and data operating layer for Vietnam's institutions and the real-economy enterprises the current wave is passing over. Not a demo they watch. A system they run, audit, and keep.

Ten years

Vietnam runs on AI infrastructure it owns.

Talent chooses to build here. Essential industry upgrades instead of getting squeezed. The work is proven at home first, then taken, on purpose, to other countries standing in the same gap.

  1. Institutions operate on infrastructure they own.
  2. Vietnam becomes a place people choose for intelligence work.
  3. Real industry upgrades through each wave.
  4. A platform proven here, then offered where the same gap exists.

How we work

Sovereignty is architecture, not a slogan.

These are the tests we use when the convenient answer would be easier.

  1. 01Honesty
  2. 02Judgment
  3. 03Stewardship
  4. 04Substance
  5. 05Overlooked

01

Radical honesty

Especially when it is expensive.

We say the hard thing about commitment, capacity, and disagreement before it becomes a problem. If a proof of concept will not work, we say so before you spend the quarter on it.

In practice

  • Tell a client when the fit is wrong.
  • Put disagreement on the table while the work is live.
  • Do not sell a short engagement as a finished system.

02

We augment judgment

We do not replace it.

Consequential calls stay with the people accountable for them. We will not design systems whose job is to squeeze operators out.

In practice

  • Human approval on actions that matter.
  • The model recommends. A person decides.
  • Built for operators, not around them.

03

Trusted stewardship

Processor, never controller.

We do not buy, sell, or monetize client, worker, or operations data. Privacy, security, and compliance are in from day one. Not added when a contract asks.

In practice

  • Your data stays yours.
  • No training on client operations for someone else's product.
  • Audit at the action, not a slide afterwards.

04

Substance over spectacle

Design for the mess.

We build for messy data and legacy systems, not the stage demo. A short proof that dies on contact with operations is not a proof.

In practice

  • Do not oversell a pilot.
  • Do not use AI to dress up a narrative.
  • Earn the next step with evidence.

05

Champion the overlooked

First customers are the ones the wave is passing.

Institutions and real-economy enterprises, data-rich and foundation-poor. Not because they lack expertise. Because they lack a playing field.

In practice

  • Start with operators the market ignores.
  • Close the gap on their terms.
  • Prove the work here before exporting the playbook.

Who this is for

Operators who cannot put the work in a black box.

If your institution runs credit, logistics, assets, or public services, and you need a foundation you can own, this is the conversation.

The team

Built by people who have run large systems.

The founding team comes from Reddit, Tesla, McKinsey, Meta, Google, AWS, Visa, and Deloitte.

Built by operators and engineers from

THE NEXT OPERATING SYSTEM

Build the enterprise operating system you can own.

Start with a defined business outcome, prove the foundation and expand only when the evidence earns it.
